CEO & Executive Director, Travel Oregon
Todd Davidson was appointed Executive Director of the Oregon Tourism Commission effective June 3, 1996. He was named Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2004. The Commission, doing business as Travel Oregon, develops and implements a biennial strategic marketing plan to strengthen the economic impact of the state’s $9.2 billion tourism industry. Tourism employs over 91,000 Oregonians. From 1994 until his appointment as Executive Director, Todd served as the International Program Manager for the Oregon Tourism Commission. Prior to his statewide international marketing responsibilities, Todd was the Executive Director of the Albany Visitors Association from 1988-1994. Todd has served on the Travel and Tourism Advisory Board since 2011.
