Fred P. Keller
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Cascade Engineering
A materials engineer by training, Mr. Keller founded Cascade Engineering in 1973, following an earlier career as a metallurgist with Pratt & Whitney. Cascade Engineering is a multi-business manufacturer for industries such as automotive, commercial truck & bus, solid waste & recycling, furniture, material handling and renewable energy. From its small beginnings as a plastics parts manufacturer, Cascade has grown into a $208 million, solutions-based organization with 15 customer-focused business units comprising 1,100 employees and 12 facilities worldwide. Mr. Keller has earned numerous awards, including the White House’s Ron Brown Award for Corporate Leadership, and Goodwill’s Employer of the Year. Mr. Keller has been on the Manufacturing Council since its inception and served as the Chair in the prior term.
