United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement
USMCA - A 21st century, high standard trade agreement: supporting mutually beneficial trade resulting in freer markets, fairer trade, and robust economic growth in North America.

USMCA

The United States, Mexico, and Canada updated NAFTA to create the new USMCA. USMCA is mutually beneficial for North American workers, farmers, ranchers, and businesses. The new agreement, which entered into force on July 1, 2020, creates a more balanced environment for trade, supports high-paying jobs for Americans, and grows the North American economy.
